Since 1977, MJB Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., has been operating as a non-union subcontractor specializing in residential, commercial, light industrial and custom projects.

We offer sheet metal fabrication, engineered drawings and Title 24 calculations.

MJB rounds out its “Complete Contractor” profile by owning and operating its own HVAC Service Department, providing Warranty Service, Commercial/Residential Service Agreements and Technical Consultants, offering highest installation standards in the industry.

MJB Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., employs approximately 40-50 highly trained and motivated installers. All installers have been randomly tested to make sure their work meets MJB Installation Standards

MJB Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., employs a full-time two-man crew to do random testing on all MJB jobsites:

• Total External Static Pressure Measurements
• Installed per plan
• Leakage
• Thoroughness
• Digital Photos taken and recorded
